Ordering

For customers within our scheduled delivery route:
We appreciate getting orders as early as possible, preferably the day before your scheduled delivery. The cut-off for web-based orders is 6am the day of delivery. Unfortunately, if your order is not placed by 6am, it may not be delivered. Phone orders must be received no later than 3pm the day before your scheduled delivery.

If you are a customer within our scheduled delivery route, but wish to receive product before, or on a day other than your scheduled delivery, we are happy to ship your product to you. In this case, you can call or place your order online anytime. Customers wishing to receive product on a day other than normal scheduled delivery days will incur additional delivery or shipping charges. If you are not sure if you are located within our scheduled delivery route, please contact us via phone or email info@abbcolorado.com with your information and location.

For customers located outside our delivery area:
You can place your order anytime. The fastest, simplest, and preferred method is to order online. This will allow you to view your previous order history, input information using the speedy auto-fill features, and avoid the rare but possible error by us humans. But if you have questions or prefer to talk to a live person, you can still call in and place your order. You may also fax your order anytime to 303-431-6976.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped and no charge will be incurred. If an order has been shipped and you decide to cancel, you will be charged a $10.00 delivery fee. If you refuse to accept the order from a 3rd party carrier, your account will be charged the actual shipping fees.

Shipping

We offer free delivery for commercial accounts with a minimum $150.00 order. Orders less than $150 are subject to a $10.00 delivery fee. We service most communities in the Denver & Front Range areas on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on location. We also physically deliver to the inter-mountains, I-70 corridor, and western slope communities. These areas are currently serviced once-a-month, but we also ship product on an interim basis. The main purpose of the delivery route is to provide an economical way to supply heavier products like drinks and weight gain powders to customers within the major markets. Shipping drinks can be expensive. While we are happy to deliver all products, you may not need drinks, or may not want to wait until the next delivery date to receive products. For that reason, we can ship any product, anywhere. For supplements, shipping is free on orders over $200, up to 50lbs. There is a $0.25 per lb surcharge on orders over 50lbs. Customers pay actual shipping charges on supplement orders under $200. For drink orders, customer pays actual shipping charges on orders under $300. For drink orders over $300, please call or email us at info@abbcolorado.com for a quote.

We ship products DHL ground unless otherwise specified or instructed. Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day. In most cases, Colorado customers can get their shipment delivered next day at no additional cost. Orders placed on Friday are still shipped out same day, however, DHL does not pick-up or deliver on Saturdays and most major holidays. Check out transit times for estimated delivery times.

Undeliverables
An order that is undeliverable by our delivery driver, during normal business hours, is subject to a $10.00 delivery fee. Additionally, you may be forced to wait until the next scheduled delivery, or pay an additional redelivery fee. Not all locations will qualify for an interim redelivery, so make sure you can accept deliveries that day. If order is shipped by 3rd party and declared undeliverable after 3 attempts and returned, customer agrees their account will be charged all fees incurred to ship and return the product.

Large orders may be shipped LTL in which case we will contact you with the name of the carrier, estimated shipping costs and transit times.

Address Errors
Please make sure you are entering complete and correct shipping address and contact information when placing an order. If information you provide is incomplete, incorrectv, or inaccurate, and requires shipping company to make corrections or redirect shipment, your account will be charged an additional $5.

Order Condition and Correctness
If the order is shipped by a 3rd party carrier and arrives damaged, you can refuse shipment by having the carrier make note of such damage on the way bill and ask them to return it. If the package is damaged but you are not present when the carrier delivers it, we will request an inspection by the carrier. If the contents are damaged, you will be issued a credit, or replacements will be shipped out. Orders that are physically delivered by ABB will typically require a signature by the business owner, manager, or staff to indicate receipt of goods. This is the time to inspect merchandise for condition and correctness. Orders delivered by a 3rd party carrier may not require a signature, unless you specifically make those instructions during the order: Whether goods are delivered by a driver from ABB, or by a third party freight carrier, all claims of damage MUST be phoned in within 24 hours of receipt. The damage must be noted on the invoice, packing slip, or bill of lading and either returned with the driver or faxed to ABB with specific damage noted. If concealed damage is found after 24 hours, please contact ABB by phone and return/credit instructions will be provided.

Shortages
All shipments are double checked for correctness before they leave our warehouse. If you choose not to check your order for correctness before our delivery driver leaves, you face the possibility of forfeiting your claim for a shortage. Note any shortages by quantity, brand, etc on the invoice. We will attempt to work with you on a merchandise credit, invoice deduction, or sending missing goods.

Shipments to Residences
If you request an order be shipped to a residential location and do not require a signature, we cannot be responsible for missing or stolen packages. If there is a risk the packages may be stolen, please consider using a different shipping address (work, at-home neighbor, etc) or request that the shipping company hold it at their facility.

Will Call
Orders can be picked up on a will-call basis from our warehouse in Denver. Orders must be placed in advance and sufficient time given for us to pull and prepare order. Call or email for will-call hours.

Backorders
We try and maintain a sufficient quantity of products at all times, but occasionally we are faced with backorders from manufacturers or unexpectedly high demands. Out-of-stock items are identified on the website. If you are placing a multi-item order and select an out-of-stock item, we will ship the order based on the shipping method you selected, and then send the backorder item in the same manner when it arrives. We may contact you via email and suggest possible substitutes to fulfill and expedite your order. If shipped separately, out of stock items will incur additional shipping charges.

Payment
New customers: All orders are payable at the time of shipping unless other terms or conditions have been arranged. Commercial customers seeking payment terms must complete and submit a commercial credit application. COD orders must be approved in advance. We accept MasterCard; Visa; American Express; Company checks; or Money Orders. If you are placing an order by Credit Card, the shipping address you want the product sent to must match the billing address the credit card statement is mailed to. If you need to have the product shipped to an address other than the statement billing address, you should call your bank or credit card issuing company and have that address added to your record/file. Otherwise, your Credit Card issuer may decline the charge and your order may not be processed.

A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Liabilities resulting from returned checks must be satisfied with either a credit card or electronic draft within 5 business days. Bad checks are considered a crime in Jefferson County, Colorado and are subject to criminal prosecution by the District Attorney and/or Triple damages.

Tax

If you are an out of state customer, or are an in-state business entity with a tax ID number or resale certificate, you will not be charged sales tax. In-State customers who lack proper tax or resale documents will be charged the appropriate rate for the product and destination. All taxes are calculated upon checkout.

Chargebacks & Stop Payments

By placing an order, you agree to resolve any dispute that may arise by contacting us in writing at 5475 Harlan St #B, Arvada, CO 80002. We will review the claim and act in good faith to resolve it in a fair and expeditious manner. Under no circumstances however should the customer initiate a chargeback or a stop payment action. If a chargeback or stop payment occurs without first contacting and giving us an opportunity to resolve the matter, it will be treated as fraud or a returned check and subject to fines, penalties, and/or prosecution.

Returns/Credits

ALL requests for returns or credit must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to receiving any credit or returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without a RMA will be denied.

ABB may agree to exchange merchandise, depending on type, condition, quantity, date of delivery, date of expiration, etc. All Credit/Exchanges must occur within 30 days of receipt/delivery. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all but damaged merchandise. All products must be in like-new and resalable condition. We will not accept merchandise that is expired, damaged, part of a clearance sale or similar liquidation, etc.

Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and be free of any store price tags, or markings. Product s that are returned and do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
